    Need index data TICK and TRIN for my Rithmic connection

    Hello,
    I am connected with my NinjaTrader Desktop app to a Rithmic -based Evaluation Service and need to receive index data (TICK, TRIN). How can I do this ? I found some third-party vendor that supply indicators for this purpose, but I need to arrange for the data. As Rithmic does not provide index data, can you please let me know the best way to proceed in order to get the index data ?

    Thank you for posting.

    If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical Index data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data.
    I have also provided a link below that goes over all supported providers, the assets that they support and the data they offer.​Let me know if I may be of further assistance.

      Thank you for your fast reply.
      Here is the info I received from NinjaTrader Client Services AI Agent:
      "If you are looking for Market Internals like ^TICK and ^TRIN, we offer them as part of our "Market Internals" data package. You can subscribe to this on your Account Dashboard along with our other data plans. Please note that data from these subscriptions is only viewable when using the NinjaTrader Continuum connection type."
      I have gone thru the article about the connection to a NT Continuum which says:
      "NinjaTrader Continuum is our legacy connection type and is not used by default for funded NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts. This connection is required if you are subscribed to the Dow Jones & Key Indices (Market Internals) data subscription."
      So, how shall I proceed in order to:
      - find a Continuum-based broker;
      - subscribe to the Dow Jones & Key Indices (Market Internals)

      Seems a bit complicated to me... Any alternative way ?

        NinjaTrader Continuum connections are only available with NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts going forward. If you are interested in opening an account with NinjaTrader Brokerage and use the NinjaTrader Continuum connection please send an email to sales@ninjatrader and someone from our accounts team can provide information on what is required to open an account.
