Machine ID issues

Good morning, I bought 3 indicator from this https://www.orderflows.com/sftware/, the vendor declares to be Ninjatrader

The problem is that the indicators worked well until the machine ID changed. Spent close to two grand on these.


I have sent multiple emails through all means available and Have not gotten a response from him. Is there anything NT can do to help me considering he is a partner.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately our troubleshooting with 3rd party add-ons is limited and we advise reaching out to the Developer as they will be expert on their piece of software.

This site seems like it has not been updated in a while, it could be that the Vendor has just ceased their operations.

He may be a partner, but we do not manage any of their client relations or processes.

In any case, you can try emailing:

[email protected]

And provide them your Vendors contact and the issue you are having. This department has more of a reach when it comes to vendor related issues.
