Tradovate orders not updating

I'm connected to 5 rithmic accounts and 5 tradovate accounts. I have Tradovate set as the leader, orders on the tradovate accounts are not updating. I've disconnected and reconnected and restarted ninjatrader but when I move my stops or tp on the tradovate account, they just stay orange.

It seems to be nothing to do with the trade copier, moving or cancelling the stop orders individually it just doesn't work .Manually updating the rithmic accounts does however work.

every time I submit an email support I get this stupid message. Please advise.
