Shut down all trade for day icon button

Ninjatrader 8 on the downloaded version the "shut down all trades button"/Shut down trades for a day or a couple of minutes. This feature doesn't work for me half the time. I will click the icon that looks like a power button and nothing will pop up but I do it other times and it comes up completely fine. How do I fix this problem

Unfortunately, the power icon showing in your screenshot is not part of the default NinjaTrader platform so our support team does not have any further documentation or information on why it would be acting that way or what would need to be done to make it work as expected today.
