NT8 Chart Not Responsive

My chart window opens, and automatically connects to my demo account. It updates the candles just fine, but doesn't respond to mouse clicks (right or left) and I can't make any changes. It won't even close out. Everything else seems to be working fine. I'm attaching a zip file with the log and trace folders, as I've seen this instruction on other posts... Correction: I tried to attach the zip file, but it exceeds the PHP file size limitation.

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

Hi Chris,
I tried following your instructions, but NinjaTrader is installed on a leased VPS, and it doesn't have a mail app. So, I sent the email directly from my laptop to [email protected] and included a link to the log and trace zip file.
I hope that works for you.
