Unable to connect my elite trader accounts in ninja trader

Hi Team,

I took evaluation accounts in the elite trader funding prop firm last week. i have chosen ninjatrader license and i received rithmic account credentials.
i tried login into the rithmic successfully but when i tried to add accounts in the ninja trader platform it is not connecting.

it always shows green connection but not showing my funded accounts.

in the same way topstep accounts i tried to connect it is showing yellow connection with now information

Can you please help me on it.

Did you download & install & log into RTrader Pro?
[Usually Rithmic-based prop firms require this.]
EDIT: Looks like you did this successfully.

IIRC, RTrader Pro requires some attention first time you get your
Rithmic accounts from a Rithmic-based prop firm.

Did you accept the 2 documents presented to you in RTrader Pro?

Last I knew, this step cannot be overlooked.

You must follow your prop firm's NinjaTrader setup instructions exactly.

If your account is not showing once connected please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
