Coinbase and BTC/USD: Only one chart is loading data

Hi there,

I am very happy that the Coinbase connection is working again with Crypto.

I have a little problem and maybe someone else is having the same one and has a solution.

I establish a connection with Coinbase and open a BTC/USD Chart with the 1 minute timeframe for example.
Everything is working fine and updating.

However, if I add/open another chart of BTC/USD with the 5 Minute timeframe for example the datafeed stopps and freezes. No more updating of both charts.


Has anyone the same issue or can verify the problem?

I followed the same steps that you outlined in your original post and don't see the same behavior.

Do you see any error messages in your 'log' tab on the control center? You can also send us your Log and Trace files to clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com for further assistance.

Hi Luis, thanks for your response. Maybe Coinbase fixed something on their end. Now it works with my charts as well . Cheers.
