Generating a trade report with all in fees

Using the trade performance feature of NT8, I can generate an executions or trades report. I trade MNQ, for example, and the per side commission not including exchange and clearing fees is $0.35 for the free account. But, all in, it's $0.87 per side. When I go into the commissions dialog, MNQ does say the commission is $0.87. But when I generate the reports using trade performance, it says the commission is $0.35.

Can I make the trade performance list the commission using all in fees as opposed to just commission?

Alternatively, can I generate my own report with these fees?

Okay I see that there is a commission list, and I applied it to my "simulation" account. But the trade performance report and executions report is still listing $0.35 as the commission.

Thank you for the question.

Unfortunately, the Trade Performance Report will only show the literal commission values for the NinjaTrader Live and Demo accounts. It does not include the NFA, Exchange, and Order Routing fees at this time.

• Our development team is aware of the desire to include these and is looking to include them in a future update.

Until then, you may use the Performance Report or Daily/Monthly statements to review the trade performance:

Thanks Clayton, but I'm a bit confused. Is the simulation account not a demo account? It's name, assigned by the brokerage, has the word "DEMO" in it.

Thank you for the update.

My apologies for the confusion. Here is a little more clarification.

• The NinjaTrader "Live" account which is in the Live Environment and uses a Server side Database to record Trade History
• The NinjaTrader "Demo" account which is in the Simulation Environment and uses a Server side Database to record Trade History
• The NinjaTrader "Sim101" account which is a Simulation account that is managed and held locally all within your PC/Platform's database file

So, the "Demo" account is in the "Simulation" environment and not "Live" environment.

While you can set a custom commission template for the Sim101 account and other locally made simulation accounts, they are not able to be seen or have their history saved outside of that NinjaTrader Platform.

Okay, is it possible to have a demo account on the server side database? As in the 2nd option above?
