Stop Limit Orders not executing

I've had a couple of events the last week or two
where I put a Stop Limit Order in (via the screen)
in the attached image that is there the red line is
this is the YM from this morning, 2/6 @ 11:50ish

The order was for SLM @ 44850. The top of the bars below it was 44849.
when price moved through the order
the screen went wacky with the order price now at 0. and no fills

thoughts on what in the world is going on...and naturally those trade are immediate winners LOL

In order for us to assist further we'll need to look at your Log and Trace files to clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com ; please use the following steps to learn how to send these.

1. Hit the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

In addition to this, you'll want to attach the order ID of the affected order so we can identify it in your files.
