Topstep Rithmic accounts not showing on NinjaTrader

Hello, I did all the required steps to activate my topstep rithmic accounts on ninjatrader. In connections, my topstep connection has a green dot, but my top step rithmic accounts do not show in the account section. How do I fix this?

If you have not imported your license key already your Evaluation account may not show up in NinjaTrader, please see the following link to learn how to import your Evaluation Service License key.

After importing your license key please restart NinjaTrader.
