Kinetick EOD not on my connections

Hi NT8 Support

i have issue with Kinetick EOD i can't find it on my connection therefore, i can't access historical data. i chatted with AI agent on NT8 web and advised me to download NT8 latest release 8.1.4.1.

however, having done that still no result nothing change, i attempted to chat with human agent but it took forever at first 1 person ahead of me then end up with 3 people ahead of me. that's why i came here.

i hope you have solution for this and if possible you can tell me what's the maximum historical days i can get loaded on D H4 H1 charts.

Turn on Multi Provider to resolve this.


This can be done by going to Tools > Options > General > Multi Provider.

thank you it appears now but chart doesn't have data it looks like as the same as before plus i see many connections not sure if that is unique or duplicate. kindly check screenshots

You are connected to either Kinetick - EOD data or Simulated Data Feed or both. Neither of which provide real time market data for the instruments that you are requesting. Simulated Data Feed provides you with the ability to generate 'fake' data that you can control using the 'trend' slider.


If you need live market data please make sure that you are using a compatible market data provider. If you have an account with NinjaTrader you can learn how to subscribe to a data feed here.

i'm subscribed and they charge me monthly on auto renewal for market data take a look at attached screenshot of my last subscription charged on jan 31 2025. so how to solve this problem i followed your instructions but not solved!

last feedback and tip solved it i am able to see historical data with this new connection my ninjatrader. but live connection disappeared but when i disable multi provider then restart live appear then also historical data appear. i guess the system needed my ninjatrader inner connection then now its working. do i need to enable multi provider again or no need unless data is missing repeat the process?
