Instrument is not supported by repository

Folks, I'm getting the "Instrument is not supported by repository" when attempting to import tick data. About half of my tick data is imported, the other half is not. I'm aware of the previous discussion on this thread at:

where the solution is to update the Sim field start price, for my instrument. My stopping issue is, I'm unsure what to update the value to? I've tried several values in the neighborhood of the previous value, without clearing this error.

The file I'm importing is straight from an Export function, in name and contents.

Therefore, how can I determine which value to update the sim field to, in order to clear this error? Thanks,

I'm instructed to change the instrument rollover date. I've tried this, which has loaded some additional quarters, but not others. I'll continue to experiment with this solution, and let you know. Thanks,
