Problem installing Ninja

I am having problems with Ninja configuring connection with CQG. The connections box does not have a configure button, only playback. I only use the computer for trading. I tried reinstalling Ninja, no change. I reset windows and installed Ninja and still have the same problem.
When I click on email support button I get this:
There was an error sending a mail messages:5.7.0 Your message could not be sent. The limit on the number of allowed outgoing messages was exceeded.. Try again later.
When I installed Windows asked if it could be added to firewall rules and I selected yes.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


You'll want to turn on 'multi provider mode'. This can be done by going to the Control Center, select Tools > Options > General > Multi Provider.


Once checked on, restart the platform for these changes to take effect.

I am now connected to CQG. I have a ES MAR25 chart up. The chart and superDOM are not showing market data.

There are a couple of reasons as to why that would be - more often than not you don't have an active market data subscription. If your account is with NinjaTrader please make sure that you are enabled for market data. You can see more on this here.

Thank you for the help. I wasn't subscribed to the correct market data. I only had CBOT.
