Gold GC FEB25 candle is tiny broken issue

Dear Support and anyone has same issue see below pic,
how come Gold GC FEB25 the candle is tiny broken?
other symbol candle is fine no problem
only GC FEB25 has this issue on live account on Saturday today just tried,

Support and anyone knows what's wrong? how to fix?

Thank you for reaching out.

Most of the GC volume has rolloved over the the April Contract.

You may follow the steps below to rollover any available Futures contracts on the NinjaTrader Desktop app.

• Go to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button just below the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when the process completes.

To view future contract rollover dates, expiry dates, and other trading events, visit the "Upcoming Events" calendar on your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard.

Thanks Support, the rollover is working now, but 1 issue: I submited to the $13/monthly plan, how come I can
only access futures in red and not the others in blue below pic? Please advice which plan I need to upgrade
or subscribe to access Forex and Stocks?

Can I upgrade and just pay the different or pro rated for the fee different? Please advice?

The items in blue are data, for which you can subscribe to
separately.

EDIT: Except 'Micros', those are just Futures contracts,
ie, Micros are a specific subset of the 'Futures' menu.

These extra data feeds can cost you a lot of extra money,
and this can get very expensive quickly, esp if you just want
to 'see' things in those charts.

If you want to trade Futures while also viewing extra data from
any of those charts, well, then the money for that extra data
might be a no-brainer.

Check out Kinetick for these extra data feeds -- but these
would be informational only -- Kinetick only sells data, they
are not a broker.

But ... wait ...
To trade those things from those extra feeds, you'll need
a brokerage account offering trading in that 'thing', eg,
NT Brokerage doesn't offer stock or forex trading.

In NT, data feeds and order feeds are separate, you can
see data without being able to trade it, but you'll probably
have to pay for it in some way or another. To get an order
feed to trade that data, you'll need a brokerage account
that allows trading in that specific data.
