Real-time data with Tradovate not working

Hello,

I have a Tradovate account with real-time data and subscribed to Level II data. When I connect to my Ninjatrader platform, it gives me an error message saying I'm not subscribed to real-time data and data will be delayed 10 minutes. On the Tradovate platform it is working fine. It's been working fine up until today.

The "Delayed Data" message will appear if there is at least one instrument in the workspace without a real-time data subscription. It doesn't necessarily mean all of the data/instruments are delayed.

• You can find out which one(s) in the Control Center > Log tab
• It will show something like, "Instrument with delayed data has been detected: MES MAR23" meaning the person wasn't enabled for instruments on that exchange.

If you don't want to subscribe to the additional exchanges, then simply remove the instruments from the workspace > Save the workspace > Then, the message will stop appearing.
