Unhandled exception while drawing line?

Hi I was wondering if anyone had issue like this, for some reason I am unable to draw at times - not all the time line as this popup will come up. It is standard line all im doing is pressing hotkey f2 to start drawing the line, clicking at specific candle high for example, but then this popup will not show until i press SHIFT key to keep it horizontal? Any clue how to fix it? Ive been clearing cache already, reinstalled NT8, no additional indicators are installed. And im not sure how to "debug" this error. Could someone suggest where I can see what is causing this error? Im sure NT has some sort of crash log with verbose to see and record all errors?

Another thing if I check Dashboard -> Log that is all i get (not much help at all to be fair - but I will post it anyway to have complete view of error messages) There is multiple errors due to several times I was trying to draw this line and make screenshot.

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

Found an issue. Looks like there is an issue with Lines.cs. Im quite sure its default.

Hi Luis, just letting You know that I have cleaned Log and Trace folders first, then redone same thing, as:
1. Pressing Keyboard HotKey F2 to start drawing the line.
2. Clicking at low of the handle.
3. Moved mouse slightly to the left, then held SHIFT key to make it horizontal.
Then and only then Unhandled Exception message pops up.

(Both Trace.zip and Log.zip files sent to customer services email - Case #05XXX713)
