Level 2 Market Replay data not available

Hello,

In this video from NinjaTrader youtube channel is said that Market Replay is running Level 1 and Level 2 data on Playback.

It seems to me like this is not true.
I tried to do a Playback for futures (for example FGBL), but there is no Level 2 data on the SuperDOM. What is wrong and how can I have Level 2 data on Playback?
I did all the steps required to download the Market Replay data from NT servers and there is no Level 2 data when running Playback.

How to enable Level 2 data?

Are you replaying same day data?

Please note that for Market Replay, if you try to download replay data for the current day then replay it, it will not include Level 2 data. However, The dedicated Playback recording server will backfill the HDSs with Level 2 Playback data after midnight eastern time each day.


You can test if you are currently receiving market depth data by opening a SuperDOM

Go to "New" -> SuperDOM -> then right click the SuperDOM and go to "properties"
Make sure that "# of market depth levels is at least 10"

Then scroll down and make sure that the option that says "show market depth" is checked
