Level 2 Market Replay data not available

Hello,

In this video from NinjaTrader youtube channel is said that Market Replay is running Level 1 and Level 2 data.

It seems to me like this is not true.
I tried to do a Market Replay for futures (for example FGBL), but there is no Level 2 data on the SuperDOM. What is wrong and how can I have Level 2 data on Market Replay?
I did all the steps required to download the Market Replay data from NT servers and there is no Level 2 data.

How to enable Level 2 data?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


Could you please explain what steps you are taking to download your market data for playback?


I loaded data for the FGBL for 01/23/25 and can see that it loads as expected:




Note that I am using 'Market Replay' to replay this feed and using 'Kinetick' data.

Firstly, on a Simulation connection with free demo period of data feed,I choose from Tools-> Import -> Historical data.
Secondly, I choose the Get Market Replay dropdown and there I choose the FGBL instrument and I choose the date for data replay download.

After that, I disconnect from Simulation connection, and connect to Playback connection. After that I choose the date for replaying, I choose as an End Date the date that I downloaded, and as a Start date I choose the date before.
