Setting Alerts for chart prints

I have a print that shows up on my chart when certain conditions are met. I'm trying to have an alert ping me whenever that print appears on a candle close on my chart. The print looks like this on the chart:


I had thought i set the alert correctly, however when it happened on the chart, I did not receive the anticipated alert.

This is how the alert is configured:




What am i doing wrong? What do the settings need to be in order to send the alert when the candle closes and the print is there?

Thank you for the question.

Unfortunately, since you are using the 3rd party "Order Flows Trader" add-on for your Alert, the NinjaTrader Support team doesn't have any further insight on if it is possible to use that add-on with an Alert or how it would need to configured to do so to make it trigger as desired.

From here, you would want to reach out to the Developers of the Orders Flow Trader add-on and ask if you are using the correct variables, if they need to make the ones you want public, or if they can outright add the Alert you want to the Strategy Code so you don't have to worry about the NinjaTrader Alert portion and setting that up each time.
