Am I getting 2 data feeds or isn't one disconnecting?

Hello bortz,
Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums. Please email your log and trace files to our service team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com. Instructions on how to do this below:- Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
- Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
- Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
- Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
- Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

I'm not sure if we've spoken before but I am responding based on your initial request. Could you please provide us with the information that we requested so we can take a closer look at them?
Part of our troubleshooting process is to take the information provided and isolate it/test for commonalities.
