Anyone else having problems with new Schwab connection

Hello people,

This new Schwab connection within the latest version of NT, is loading charts super slow (up to 10 seconds between changing charts), and this has never happened before with prior NT releases connected to TDA before the merger. Please let me know how your experiences have been with the new Schwab connection. I have a ticket open on this already but their troubleshooting isn't helping, such as loading it up under safe mode, open 1 new chart in a bare bones set-up etc. I have a feeling the new API set-up is pooched on NT's end of things but I want to make sure it's not just me. TIA.

What were the results of accessing via Safe Mode and only loading one chart?

I've been in contact with Erick re the ticket in on this. I was able to troubleshoot and I isolated this problem after failing to find an answer via his suggestions for a fix. It's a problem in the market analyzer (which is where I store my tickers as a watchlist and where I'm selecting my charts to be viewed.) My hot list analyzer is not receiving any data from Schwab. The drop down box to select which hot list you want to view remains a blank. The hot list analyzer will receive data just fine once I connect to IBKR simultaneously however. Also, while connected to both API, I can select and view charts directly from the HLA but they are sluggish to load and take up to 15 secs to load and sometimes not at all.

For you people reading this; If you're scalping on a 1 min. time frame, volatile NASDAQ low float- you can blow up your account trying to trade off these NT charts before they get this resolved. Sometimes the platform drops connection without any warning and you're only way of knowing is when it stops loading charts altogether (which is a separate issue they need to iron out.)
