Problems with Playback

Hi, I and several others are experiencing issues with playback where the dialog increments as it should but no data on the chart changes. I have checked all the simple things , correct contract , correct day and time, Correct data. But the chart sits their dead while the playback dialog ticks away.

What are we missing ? never had these kinds of issues with playback. This seems to have started when I allowed the automatic rollover of the contract.

Verify Contract Rollover Settings:

• Go to Tools > Options > Market Data.
• Check the Merge Policy:
  • If set to Merge Back Adjusted, historical data might not load properly if rollover dates or mapping are incorrect.
  • Try setting it to Do Not Merge temporarily to isolate the issue.

Confirm Chart Data Series Configuration:

• Right-click the chart and select Data Series.
• Ensure:
  • The correct contract is selected.
  • The session template aligns with the playback session.
  • The interval and trading hours settings are compatible with the data being replayed.
