    Only one chart is working.

    New to futures and NT. I've got this layout I created but the only chart that's filling with live data is the big one on the left. I have no idea what I ought to be troubleshooting here. Any help?

    Thank you for the message.

    For the $TICKQ chart, this is an index so if you do not have the real-time data for this instrument, it won't move. The $TICKQ is part of the "Dow & Key Index" data package:
    As for the NQ MAR25 chart, please make sure the Trading Hours template isn't preventing it from showing new numbers:
    • Right-click the chart background > Click Data Series
    • Scroll down to Time frame > Trading Hours > Set this to "Default 24x7" > Click OK
    • Right-click on the chart again > Select "Reload all historical data"
      • Is this chart plotting in real-time now?

    If the NQ Chart on the right is still not updating, right-click the word "Chart" in the top-left corner of that chart window > Click Duplicate window.
    • Does the duplicated window update and move in real-time? If yes, then click X to close the original window and keep using the new duplicated one.

    If all of the charts are still not updating, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
    • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
    • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
    • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
    • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
    • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
    • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
      • Send the email

      I'm on the NT trial/demo account, so I guess I'm unsure if the feed that delivers $TICKQ is included...?

      None of your troubleshooting steps work for the NQ feeds. I'll send the support email.
