Set default values for Strategy

I would like to set the default value for "price based on", "Type" and "Value". Also for time series, I would like to set the default value. (Please see screenshot)

How can I do this in the strategy code?

There is not a way to set default data series properties in the strategies code, that can only be controlled by using a template or manually changing them.

Thanks. How do we use the template to set this parameter? Everytime when I compile, Strategy analyzer looses the value set for the data series.

After manually configuring the strategy you can create a template, that will retain the data series properties it was configured with when loaded. You can use a default template to keep always used values.

It looks like template stores the instrument name. But it does not store whether 5 min or 10 min chart is used. How do I fix that? Do you have an example template which stores these details?

I tried this on my end and see the template also stores the data series settings. After making changes to the data series you can save a template, when the strategy loads the template or the default the data series settings are changed. That works in both the control center and analyzer.
