can't get market replay to work

i can't get my market playback to work. i've tried everything 50 times. i'm even working with email support and they can't figure out what's wrong. so my last resort i wanna see if someone on this forum could help me out. I did everything in this video (https://app.screencast.com/RAKsjjKII...hUVCrX1AFGajE7) from email support and still nothing.

Perhaps I'm missing some context here but it is not clear to me what the issue is? It looks like you were able to see data as you explicitly downloaded and submitted an order on the MES with it.



Please advise.

i'm sorry that's the video that ninjatrader support sent me and it didn't work. i was stating that i did everything just like that video and it still dosen't work. i was getting this error "please go to the plans section of the client dashboard to add order flow + functioality" that shouldn't have anything to do with the free market replay. I was told this from "ninjatrader support"

Try to remove the order flow indicators from your chart and make sure it's not using volumetric data series type because I believe that's also part of the orderflow+ addon

backtester831 is correct.


If you have an indicators that are part of the paid Order Flow Suite added to the chart, your platform is going to recognize that you don't have this subscription and report this error message.


If you're not sure if your chart has an Order Flow indicator you can right click, select 'Indicators' to review.

Either way it doesn't matter because the error about not having order flow doesn't stop the charts or market replay from working, it only removes the indicators and everything else works
