How can I stop Ninjatrader autorollover notification?
Each time I start NT, I receive this notification. I want to keep the old instruments as these are used for my manual backtesting.Tags: None

Hello Newtrader101,
Thank you for the message.
1. Rename the UI File:- Close NinjaTrader
- Go to the Documents Folder > NinjaTrader 8 > UI, right-click this file and Rename it to "UI Old"
- Click off of it to save the name change
2. Sign back into NinjaTrader
3. When the Auto-rollover notification appears, Uncheck the boxes next to the instruments you don't want to roll over > Click Done
4. Now, save the workspace
5. The next time you open NinjaTrader, it shouldn't show the Auto Rollover Notification any more.
Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.

I followed your steps, but now NT looks like a fresh install. I dont have access to my saved workspaces

Hello Newtrader101,
Thank you for the update.
This would imply that more than the UI file was renamed as that only controls a few things in the platform's layout.
Undo, what ever name change you did and then repair the platform installation and you should be back to how you were before.- So, find the name you changed, rename it again back to what it was > Then follow the steps below to repair the installation:
- Close NinjaTrader
- Go to the Windows Control Panel (NOT the Apps screen) > Programs and Features (Sometimes "Uninstall a program") > Click NinjaTrader > Click "Repair"
- Click Next through the prompts until it is Finished and it is done
Then, re-follow the steps provided and make sure you are only renaming the UI File under the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 folder.- If you aren't sure, take a screenshot of the File Explorer window with the file you are renaming highlighted and include that in your response.
- Here is an example of the file below
- Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
- To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
- Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
- Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
- Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
- Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
- Send the email
Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.
