Schwab assess denied

Hello I getting this message when trying to authorize schwab connection it was working fine all last week then this just started made no changes to the account has any one else had this problem?

this is the message that comes up

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://api.schwabapi.com/v1/oauth/authorize?" on this server.

Are you able to get around this if you remove and re-authorize the connection? This is the first report I'm seeing of this, it'll be worth to keep an eye on it.

I'd like you to send your Log and Trace files to our support team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN Luis' in the subject line. Instructions on how to find these files attached below:

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

I'm getting the same just now for the first time in 3 weeks.

I had to reset my IP address on my remote server and it started working again.

My server provider was unable/unwilling to change the IP. I was trying the whole day to make it work. Now I tried again and it just started working on it's own. Strange one.
