Lag in rithmic connection

It's some days i have a LAG (0,8-5 SECONDS or more) in Ninjatrader, connected with Rithmic. I clean cache, minute, day and tick folders everytime before opening NT. I have a program (Time-Sync) to sync time every 30 seconds. But nothing, still lag (at the moment ia have 10 seconds). I tried to change internet provider and kind of connection (ethernet or wifi) but no changes. How can i solve the problem? before this issue came, i had a lag of about 0,1 seconds max. Now the LAG changes continuosly. I have only 2 tick charts opened. I tried to create a new workspace with only one tick chart with no indicators, same problem. How can i solve ? I have most recent version (8.1.4.1)

Have you considered that the prop firm is providing you a delayed feed by a second? You can test by connecting with a Tradovate or NT self funded connection to compare your lag time indicator

Same thing happening, NT8 stop working properly.
