Topstep accounts not showing on ninja trader

Hello, I did all the required steps to activate my topstep account on ninjatrader. In fact even when I login in it says connected and the green dot appears. But for some reason my top step accounts do not show in the account section. Any reason for this problem?

If you have not imported your license key already your Evaluation account may not show up in NinjaTrader, please see the following link to learn how to import your Evaluation Service License key.

After importing your license key please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if your evaluation account is displayed.

HI! I am having the same issues but I dont have any licence key I do have a Ninja Trader plan but dont have any keys. Any help would be appreciated!

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".
