    Desktop and Web Platform are down for me.

    desktop just sits there for ages with "loading" on the orange button. Then it just times out and gives a "A task was canceled" message. This is on 3 different computers in different areas.

      I'm having the same issue. Unable to log into either NT8 or the website. Getting the same "task cancelled" message.

          I'm experiencing the same thing today, 01/11/2024 from around 5PM EST. How was the issue resolved. Was it due to Emma1's response?

            Hi Everyone,
            I have been trying to confirm if there were others having this issue, so thank you for posting to let me know that I am not the only one.
            I am trying to login to NinjaTrader Desktop. I received the error msg: "A task was cancelled".

            I checked the "NinjaTrader Services Status" page a few times. When I first checked there was no mention of any issues. A few minutes ago I noticed they posted a message on the top of the page saying the following:

            From the "NinjaTrader Services Status" page at https://account.ninjatrader.com/service-status a few times.

            We are currently performing scheduled maintenance and some functionality, including login, may be temporarily affected.
            Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your experience.
            __________________________________________________ ________________________________________

            There was no indication of how long their maintenance would be.
            I thought I would post a message here to let all of you know.

              Same here. Wish I never signed out for a moment... it was working fine until just now when I restarted. Ugh...

                Hi All,
                I noticed another post by someone saying they were able to login to NinjaTrader.
                The other post is at: https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/...up-and-running

                I tried to login just now and was able to login successfully using NinjaTrader Desktop 8.

                  Still not working for me. Same error message. The web login is different now since everyone caught them with their pants down. You don't take a whole platform ecosystem down without some sort of notice beforehand. It's just common practice for ANY brokerage. Except for Ninja, they obviously think the rules of common sense and good communication do not apply to them.
