I just want to know, what does this xml files do, and whee can I see it.

The info.xml file added to exports is used internally by NinjaTrader to know what version of NinjaTrader was used to export the script, and if Agile is applied, which version of Agile.

This gives information about which releases the script can be imported to.

There is no style information in this file.

No, the info.xml file does not import with the rest of the package. This is used to identify how the script was exported.
