    Can't log in

    Neither the desktop app nor the web will allow me to login. I get the following message "A task was cancelled". I have tried all the "turn off and on again" things. Please help.

    Same issue.

    I suspect login server maintenance is being performed.

    If this is the case, I wish there was a place to communicate this somewhere within the NinjaTrader web space. Wink wink, (looking at NinjaTrader).

                  ​Having same issue. Can not log into desktop or web.
                  Really frustrating because I was working on my indicator.

                  Is there no support contact on the weekend?

                  Also.... service status page not picking this up.

                    Also same issue here when trying to login to my NT client, it takes a minute or so before it errors at saying: A task was canceled. And still at the login menu. Hopefully just an update and will be up shortly.

                          Having the same issue. Don't know if it's a coincidence but this is what I experienced. I decided to use Market Replay today for the first time. I followed the necssary steps to do so by disconnecting My Ninja Trader and connecting to Replay. After I was done checking out the Replay feature, I connected back to My Ninja Trader and in the spot where the green dot usually is, the dot was yellow. I shut down the Workspace hoping that would refresh and fix the issue. It did not and now I am stuck in Log In mode. I would be grateful to know from anyone who has posted about this issue if the issue has been resolved for them. I'm truly hoping that all of us will be back in business before the next trading session begins.

                            We have an update in yellow at https://web.ninjatrader.com/service-status:

                            "We are currently performing scheduled maintenance and some functionality, including login, may be temporarily affected. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your experience."
