    Topstep can not get connection with Rithmic data

    Hi, I have configured my TopStep account under NT8.1. At first, it works well, sometimes it can not get data. In recent two days, first, suddenly, my order flow function and configuration of TopStep disappear. Yeah, the order flow disappear. Now, it completely can not get connection with rithmic. The dot in the left corner is yellow , which means it keep connecting but no result.I swithed to other laptops, still no success.

    If your Topstep-Rithmic account is active and your credentials are correct, you will be able to connect using the steps below.

    Please follow these instructions step by step:

    1. First, you will need to completely remove the TST-Rithmic connection from your platform.

    - Go to the Connections menu--> select Configure--> Under the "Configured Menu" highlight the Rithmic connection/Tosptep connection--> click on Remove/Remove --> Apply--> OK

    - Shut down NinjaTrader 8

    2. Now set up your RTrader Pro.

    Rithmic Trader Pro should be running and connected before the "Rithmic for my NinjaTrader Brokerage" connection will be successful within NinjaTrader.

    Please follow these steps:
    • Download R|Trader Pro (if you have not yet done so)
    • Open R|Trader Pro and enter your credentials into the 'Orders' user ID and password fields a
    • Click on 'Login'
    • Here is a screenshot of how it should be set up:


    You must run Rtrader and then try to connect within NinjaTrader 8.
      • (Note: if you cannot login to Rtrader Pro, or there are no accounts listed on RTrader pro, this would be an account issue, and the connection would also not work within NT8)



    3. Now Open NT8 once again, go to Connections -> configure -> and you are going to add the Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage connection once more.

    *Put in your Topstep-Rithmic username and Password (No Spaces), and Check the "Plugin for mode for market data" box.




    *In your Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage connection configuration, make sure to select the "System" as "TopstepTrader"

    Now click Apply -> OK -> return to Connections and click on the one you just created again to try to connect.

      are you using the plugin mode option?
