Schwab connection not reporting all positions properly

I'm actively using schwab connection - in general it works quite well but there are few things that came up:

    - not all stocks show opened positions. For example, I have LCID shares and it does not display that position in PnL in Basic Entry.

    - some stocks I could not trade via NT, for example: HOTH, it says that symbol is not found (was able to trade it via website)

    - ETFs are broken: 1) NT is not showing opened positions (I have SCHD and that position is not displayed in Basic Entry window); 2) when I placed a trade today for XLF, I saw my trade (PnL, buy arrow), but I could not close it. I pressed few times close position and nothing was happening even after waiting for ~15 sec, at the end I used schwab's website to close it (but after I closed it via website, I saw a sell arrow on a chart).
