    Email Support Button is Faulty Again

    Ninjateam,

    Its even more time consuming reporting faults when the email support button is faulty.

    Thank you for your message.

    We are aware and are working on getting this resolved.

    In the meantime, if you need to send us documents:

    Create an email to

    [email protected]

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so can send them to our team:
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
