    Issue trading BTC futures






    Hello Everyone,

    Hope all is well,

    I have a strategy trading BTC futures, when I first ran it, it gave an error that BTC is disabled, I looked it up on the forum and the solution was to enable BTC and disable MBT the micro BTC futures, and applied all instructions given by the Ninjatrader support team.
    ​now the order is being sent to IBKR but the strategy is not synced, it's not reading that this position exists in my account, even though the sell order was sent.
    I also have a position in ninja trader for an instrument called BRR, I understand that this is the mapped name to IBKR through Ninja for BTC futures, but I am now confused and in a bit of trouble as I don't have this strategy synced.

    I am attaching screenshots for all the settings and positions just to help reach a solution.​

    Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

    Please send your log and trace files for our team to review at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below:
    1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
    2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
    3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
    4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
    5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
    6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

      I had the same issue before—turns out my trading hours template wasn't set correctly, and that threw off the chart. Once I fixed the session template, it worked fine.
