I have a lifetime NT multi-broker license, the grandfather one.
I have had a personal broker account for many years with AMP, using CQG as the data provider.
I recently opened a second broker account for my company with AMP, and I selected the "CQG no data - order routing only" connection because I already have market data via my personal CQG account.
When I try to connect this new account to NT8, I get an error: "Provider 'CQG' already has a running..." See the attached screenshot.
I don’t understand why, with a lifetime NT multi-broker license, I cannot connect two different accounts at AMP broker.
Can you help me?
