    Charts not loading.

Hi, I am trying to complete Funded Challenge on Bulenox, from their information I would be able to trade following: -

Equity Index Futures. E-mini S&P 500 (ES), Nikkei NKD (NKD), E-mini NASDAQ 100 (NQ), Mini-DOW (YM), E-mini Midcap 400 (EMD), Russell 2000 (RTY)
    Interest Rate Futures. ...
    Currency Futures. ...
    Agricultural Futures. ...
    Micro Futures.

But only one chart loads (GC FEB25 - Futures ) whenever I try to load any chart it doesen't load, I will upload an image under this text.

This is what I get for every chart.

I tried going to Tools - Data Menagement - Reset DB --- also selecting Future Expires and Upade, then restarting my Ninja Trader, didn't work.

    Hello Ekkko ,

    Thank you for your message.

It seems your Charts still have the older ES contracts applied on them.

Are you able to switch out your contract for the current ES MAR25 from this list?:

Please confirm your have Rolled Over properly.

You may follow the steps below to rollover any available Futures contracts on the NinjaTrader Desktop app.
    • Go to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management window.
    • Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button just below the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
    • Close this window when the process completes.
A visual walkthrough of this process may be found here in our Help Center - How Do I Rollover a Futures Contract?

To view future contract rollover dates, expiry dates, and other trading events, visit the "Upcoming Events" calendar on your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

          Hello mockingbird ,

          Thank you for reaching out.

The white background of your Chart Window makes me think it may be a Workspace issue.

In this case, we will have to determine the configuration of the chart as well as the data source you are using.

          First, disconnect all active connections.

-Go to Connections -> and disconnect all green connections.

          Next, open a new workspace.

-Go to Workspaces -> new -> and create a blank workspace.

Now please create the following graph to use for testing. This removes many variables to ensure that nothing prevents the chart from working as expected:
          • Go to Control Center > New > Chart.
          • Select ES 03-25 (also written as "ES H25")
          • Make a 1 minute chart
          • Set the 'Days to load' to 5
          • Make sure the 'Template' in the upper right corner is set to "< None >".
          • Set the Timeframe > Trading Hours > To "use instrument settings".
          • Click OK to create the chart
          • Now connect only to your broker/live data feed.
          • Does the chart load as expected?
            • Is the historical data displayed and is there real time data?
            • If you open the Chart Trader panel, does it show values for Ask and Bid quotes or just 0's?
              • If this chart has loaded and works as expected, how does it differ from the other chart?

If the test chart has not loaded, please provide more information on the following questions to see why historical data is not displayed.
          • What broker or market data provider are you connecting to for Real-time and Historical Market Data?
          • Are you connected to your Market Data provider and see the green circle next to its name?
          • Do you get Real time market data? Once you open the chart, does it start plotting from that moment in time or just nothing loads in?
          • Do other instruments like the NQ 03-25, or YM 03-25 Load in or do no Futures instruments work?
We look forward to your reply.

The way you gave me to do it, I have tried it all, now it works to show the price, just change the language and time to international, which is very shocking, but thank you very much for helping with this.
