Candles misprinting.

Hi there,
I'm trying out NT8 as I usually use Tradingview but I would like to get into footprint and orderflow. I'm on the 2 week free data trial. When I log in I sign it to simulated data feed and pull up a futures chart with tick replay checked. The problem is that the chart's current candles are printing wrong and the price is different from TV (Same contract). The historical candles look the same as Tradingview's but current candles are updating differently. If I reload historical data then the candles will update to match Tradingview's.
I checked the DOM and the price on my chart matches.
My computer is quite old.
Hope I can get this sorted or might have to look else where.

Thank you for the message.

1. If you wanted to try out the Order Flow + features, you would have to subscribe to them for a month.

2. The charts are not lining up because the "Simulated Data Feed" is a user-controlled made-up data feed. The Trend Slider that appears lets the user control the fake markets up or down.

• This is good for testing ATM Strategies or if the markets are close and you want to test something.
• Otherwise, this is not a good data feed to practice trading on since it won't actually reflect the real market action in real-time.

Instead, disconnect from the "Simulated Data Feed" and instead, click and connect to "Simulation".

• If that connection isn't in there, manually set it up:
  • Go to the Control Center > Connections > configure
  • Double-click the "NinjaTrader" connection type to add it in
  • Put in the 2 Week Demo Username and Password.
  • Leave the "Account Type" set to simulation > Click OK
    • Now, go back to the Connections menu and click on the connection you just made and wait for it to turn green.

From there, the charts should update in real-time until the demo runs out.
