Schwab Integration

I just joined ninjatrader because schwab just got added. I am curious to why my short trades don’t get added to my positions and also Bitcoin etf “IBIT” which i am invested in on schwab are not showing up on positions tab. I want to add a strategy builder i created but they aren’t showing up. HELP!!!

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line, a link to this thread in the body and a check in the box for "Log and trace files".

There is no other way to send the email from the desktop? because it won't let me send it from the platform.

Just to add some detail, here is my observation. ETF trades (QQQ, SPY, etc.) can be OPENED from NT. ATM works fine, with stops, targets etc being placed on entry. But, NT does not show an open position after execution. You cannot CLOSE and ETF position from NT, except by dragging the ATM orders up or down to get them executed. Otherwise I have to go to Thinkorswim to close out a position. I would hope this is a known condition with a fix being worked on. Thanks.
