When i click on NJ button, it takes about 1 minute (52 seconds) before username/password windows appears. Then about 2 minutes to see my workspace (or simply control center window if i closed all workspace in previous session). Thinking about a conflict with one of my software, i reset my computer and installed NT as first software. Same problem, same delay. I have Windows 11. Any suggest?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.
I'd like you to send us your Log and Trace files using the instructions below:- Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
- Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
- Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
- Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
- Send these .zip files as attachments to clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com.
Once received, our Technical Support team will take a look at them and provide additional assistance.
