Delete Pre-Installed System Indicators?

Are we able to delete the system indicators that came pre-installed with NT8?

Can I just close NT and go into the indicator folder and delete any starting with the @ symbol I don't want in the list?



Also side question #2

Can I delete files that appear to be other language files without causing system issues.

Files like:

"C:\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Resource.ko-KR.resx"

"C:\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Resource.ru-RU.resx"

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


System indicators cannot be removed from the NinjaTrader installation as this will cause your NinjaScript to be uncompilable and you won't be able to import add-ons.


Language folders can be removed without issues however.


This is a unique request- is there something you're particularly trying to achieve by removing these items? Just curious.

Just desiring to declutter my indicator options... I use very few indicators, so I wouldn't mind being able to delete them from the view.

Can the System indicators be moved into a folder.. I am assuming no.. just checking.

They cannot, these need to remain in the same place they are currently installed.
