    chart not fully loading

    Hello,

    I got a volume chart RTH, 10 days, but data wont load beyond 13:15. If i switch to 24 hours all day data loads. I tried to erase data in historical data but its not resolving the problem.

    Thank you for the message.

    This is most likely being dictated by the Trading Hours template you are using on the chart.

    This would imply the Trading Hours Template you starts at 8:15 instead of 8:00.


    Test what happens with the "Default 24x7" Trading Hours template applied:
    • Right-click on the chart > Click Data Series
    • Scroll down to Time frame > Trading hours > Set this to "Default 24x7" > Click OK
      • Now, right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data" to see the changes
      • Do the bars start on the hour now?
    If you want only the RTH, you would have to find a version of the Trading Hours template that starts at your desired time, or create/modify another one to have the times you want.

      I did try the Default 24x7 solution and back to RTH and reload, but it still stop at 13:15.
      I even remove all historical data, erase the chart reload NT. When i create a new chart fill with data 24x7 its ok, then switch to RTH and for friday the 20th, data stop at 13:15. I check the trading hour template and everything is fine, its 9:30 to 4pm.

        Thank you for the update.

        You have to change the RTH template you are using. Switching to Default 24x7 and back to the original RTH Trading Hours template wouldn't cause the underlying template to change.
        • You will most likely need to edit the template you are using to start at a different time.
        • DO NOT forget to "Reload all historical data" after changing the Trading Hours template or nothing will look different or change.

        What is the name of the Trading Hours template you are using on that chart?

        Please take a screenshot of what your chart and chart settings look like and include that in your response.
        • To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
        • Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

          I have found the culprit. In trading hours under holidays for december the 20th, end time was set to 13:15. In fact the date is wrong it should of been 24th.
          I did update recently and i didnt change anything in trading hours. Unless i hit a wrong button without noticing it.
