hope this message finds you well i currently had to do a hard reset on my pc. i reinstalled NT8 and tried to use my current username/password to log in however all my apex data is gone. i followed the steps on multi provider and re added my information but still no luck when i add my apex information to nt8 i only see a sim101 acc. i also tried to sign up a brand new account with nt8 however every time i try to add my license key i get an error saying the license key you imported cannot be imported. I opened up a case as well Case #05827809. any help is appreciated ty.

Looking at the case thread you mention, I can see you responded with, "nvm solved" so it sounds like you got it figured out.
In the future or for anyone else who sees this, the forum is a publicly facing location and not a good place to discuss a user's account or ability to log in.
If anyone else has issues connecting, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:- Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
- To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
- Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
- Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
- Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
- Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
- Send the email
