Can I avoid $25 inactivity fee if I trade w/ prop firm only?

Minimum Account Activity Fee

Existing accounts that log in to their trading solution but do not make any trades in the live trading environment during the month will be assessed a $25 fee.

I already know I can satisfy the activity requirement by opening and closing a 1-lot micro trade.

My question is, does simply logging into NinjaTrader desktop platform (WITHOUT then connecting to my NinjaTrader brokerage account) count as a "log in to their trading solution"?

Can I AVOID the $25 fee if I simply log into the NinjaTrader desktop platform (there's no way around this), then only connect to the Rithmic connection associated with the prop firm I use?

If I were you to be safe would just create another NT login to use only with the prop firm because to me it's not clear if even logging into www.ninjatrader.com counts as "log in to their trading solution"

Or I believe you can also cancel the market data subscription on your live account and then won't have to deal with inactivity fees because I thought the inactivity fee was for having access to market data without making trades

I have a lifetime license with the order flow tools, and the license key is tied to my NT account.

Unfortunately the Inactivity fee is based on account login.

If you use the login associated with the live account on the platform (whether it be to launch the platform or to connect to the live account once inside) the account may be subject to an Inactivity fee if no trades are placed on the live account during the month.

Basically what I'm trying to ask is if I can avoid the pointless $4/mo. data fee if I'm not going to be trading through the NinjaTrader brokerage until I get a few prop firm payouts under my belt.

You can use the NT Continuum connection from your live brokerage account because it allows you to place trades in the live account without having live data for it.
