mnq 03-25 and mcl 02-25 chart loaded but later stand still

I created a new charts with two tickers: MCL & MNQ for 2025. I chose candle timeframe, and tick on "tick replay". The chart load up with candle, but i waited for 30 minutes, and still the same candle, no candle move up or down at all.
I had to right click and choose "reload all historical data" and new candles appears. and then, back to the beginning, no candle moving.
What is the root cause? Do i need to send you any logs?

• Are you using a live data connection or market replay data?
• Open the NinjaScript Utilization Monitor to identify any indicators or scripts causing rendering delays:
  • Go to Control Center > New > NinjaScript Output.
  • Right-click in the output window and select NinjaScript Utilization Monitor.
  • Observe if any scripts are taking a significant amount of processing time. Share the results if possible.
