Help w TWS connections

Hi everyone I have used the tws connection for some time and haven't had much issue I can think of until this morning. I get the yellow circle, but it won't connect green.

Things I have tried thus far:
-update to newest version ninjatrader
-uninstall and reinstall tws version listed on the connection instructions v10.23.2a
-i tried deleting the ninjatrader.sqlite file (have backup)

attached are my screenshots of settings.

TWS gateway is working as expected, but I need to get it working with TWS as I am familiar with trading this way.

I have teamview with support tomorrow, but any suggestions earlier would be helpful

At a glance it seems your settings are correct for this connection..

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
