Chart refocus

Hello,

Quick question, anytime I refresh or reload a chart my candles and indicators everything goes to a flat line and then I have to use the right margin to open it up? What is causing this? Thx

1. Auto Scale Configuration:
   • Right-click on the chart and select Properties.
   • Check if the Auto Scale option is enabled for indicators or objects. If enabled, this could compress the chart after a refresh.
   • Disable Auto Scale for the indicators or drawing tools that might be affecting the scale.
2. Manually Adjust Scaling:
   • Drag the Y-axis with your mouse to set a manual scale after refreshing.

Refresh Historical Data:

1. Right-click the chart background and select Reload All Historical Data.
2. Observe if the issue persists after the reload.

Use NinjaScript Utilization Monitor:


If the issue relates to rendering delay:

1. Go to Control Center > New > NinjaScript Output.
2. Right-click inside the window and select NinjaScript Utilization Monitor.
3. Let this populate for a few minutes and note any scripts consuming excessive resources.

To further pinpoint the issue, could you answer the following?

• Are there any custom indicators or drawing tools applied to your charts?
• What is the chart interval and the number of days to load configured?
• Are there any errors appearing in the Control Center's Log tab?

I fixed it. There was an indicator causing it and I unchecked the autoscale and its good now. Thx
