Actually Using NinjaTrader

Can someone confirm that I need all of the following in order to sim trade:

1.) subscribe to real market data
2.) a pre-post requisite to real market data; fund account
2a.) make a trade during the trading periods (someone please confirm how often as well, I think I read a month?)

Thank you for using NinjaTrader.


Correct, funding the account comes before subscribing to real time data and you are required to place at least one trade per month. It does not matter if its a trade on a mini or micro contract.
