I am trying to connect my IronBeam account via Continuum to the NinjaTrader platform using Multiple Broker. I have a lifetime license key.
When I start the Ninja desktop, the following message appears in the log:
error occurred while initializing the instruction: the string entered was not in the correct format.
And there is a yellow circle on the connection indicators.
The IronBeam desktop connects and works. I also tried connecting Ninja at the same time as the IronBeam desktop - that didn't fix the problem.
I contacted support and we even tried connecting on another computer and there everything connected and worked. I was shown that all my settings are correct but there is no connection. Is there another reason and how to fix it?
